Too many providers are controlling the way mothers labor and deliver their babies and that’s not the way birth should be. As mothers, we enter the journey of labor and delivery with a mix of excitement, anticipation, and perhaps a touch of apprehension. It's a momentous occasion filled with joy and wonder, but it can also be a time when we feel vulnerable and unsure. As your Doula, I will serve as an advocate and support person every step of the way during your pregnancy and after birth.

It's not uncommon to hear stories of moms feeling pressured into interventions they didn't want or weren't fully informed about, or being made to feel like their choices are insignificant. But I want you to know that you have the right to make informed decisions about your birth experience, and your voice deserves to be heard and respected. Unlike medical staff who may come and go during labor, I provide continuous support throughout the entire birthing process.
