Too many providers are controlling the way mothers labor and deliver their babies and that’s not the way birth should be. As an expecting mother, you enter the journey of labor and delivery with a mix of excitement, anticipation, and perhaps a touch of apprehension. It's a momentous occasion filled with joy and wonder, but it can also be a time when you feel vulnerable and unsure of your options.

As your Doula, I will serve as an advocate and support person every step of the way during your pregnancy and after birth. It's not uncommon to hear stories of moms feeling pressured into interventions they didn't want or weren't fully informed about, or being made to feel like you have very little say in what happens. But I want you to know that you have the right to make informed decisions about your birth experience, and your voice will be heard and respected. Unlike medical staff who will come and go during labor, I provide continuous support throughout the entire birthing process, ensuring you feel safe and in control.
