Whether this is your first, second, or fourth pregnancy a child birth class could be just the thing you need to have a positive birth.
You'll learn how your body can work for you and not against you during intense contractions. How labor unfolds and what to expect during each stage and what you can do to cope. Classes are starting at $50.
